Founder & President, Ana Roque

President of A&A Insurance Services, Ana Roque, has twenty five years of experience in the health insurance and supplemental industry. After working as a Group Representative for Humana and District Manager for Aflac, Ana took her passion for customer service and healthcare to establish A&A Insurance Services.

Today, A&A Insurance is a full-service agency that provides cost-effective insurance products that allow your organization to contain costs and recruit top talent. Ana’s dedication to exceptional customer service ensures that you can depend on A&A Insurance Services to receive your benefits at unmatched rates and resolve your concerns in a timely manner.

Ana is a Member of the Palm Beach as well as the National Association of Health Underwriters. In 2020, she received the Woman and Minority Small Business Certification by Florida’s Department of Management Services.

  • Cora Journey Vice President

    Cora has over 20 years of experience in the health and supplemental insurance industry. She dedicates herself in working for the best interest of our clients with efficiency and integrity. She is an avid promoter of Health & Wellness as part of one’s lifestyle and oversees all the Wellness events for A&A Insurance.

    She is also a licensed realtor for the state of Florida. In her spare time, she loves to golf, and spend time with her kids and grandchildren. She is a mother of 2 daughters, 1 son, and 2 grandchildren, who are her life.

  • Geovanny Encarnacion New Business manager

    Representing several best-in-class carriers, Geovanny Encarnacion offers a full portfolio of individual/group payroll deduction products. His experience and dedication to outstanding customer service ensures that he not only enrolls his clients in the best insurance products, but more importantly, he takes the time to counsel his clients on all their benefits. “Buying insurance isn’t always about getting the lowest price, it is about receiving the best value for your dollar,” says Geovanny.

Ariana believes it is her life’s mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry by helping people connect with themselves through holistic health practices.

    A native Floridian originally from Sarasota and is fluent in Spanish. With 30+ years of banking and financial experience,

    She is licensed in the insurance/financial industry, specializing in life, health, variable annuity, and in general securities.

    She is a current member of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA.org) and of the Rotary Club of Coral Springs/Parkland.
